Looking for another color? We can assist you in processing a return / exchange as long as the hair is not tampered with, dyed, washed or altered in any way.
RETURNS
If you purchased from our store and wish to return an item, you may return it for a refund within 14 days. Hair must be in an unaltered state.

Refunds are only given for products* that are in unused condition. Products must not be worn or tampered with.

Discontinued and/or Sale Items

Refunds will only be issued if products are returned within 14 days of purchase date.
Refunds are issued in the original form of payment once the returned products are received and inspected.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping is not provided by Hairadise.
Free shipping promotions are subject to minimum order amounts; hence a refund will be issued less the actual shipping cost.
Refunds may take up to 5 business days to process once Hairadise has received the returned product.
Please keep the tracking number of returned product(s) for delivery verification.
